Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama acknowledged that he still found the gutters that clogged by garbage in the capital city. Whereas, his party had instructed urban village and sub-district head to check every channel regarding on this matter.

He stated one location that is still inundated after rain is spotted in Pasar Senen and Cempaka Putih areas. Even there are street vendors (PKL) and pedicabs occupying the sidewalk. They also throw garbage carelessly and clog water flow in the channel.
